Built through 10 years of AMR innovation and co-developed with Dallas Roboter Inc., the FX33M is designed to operate flawlessly in fast-paced, hygiene-sensitive food manufacturing environments such as peanut-butter production lines, where consistency and safety are non-negotiable.



Mixed Navigation : SLAM + Vision for High-Accuracy Pallet Handling

The FX33M utilises a hybrid navigation framework that combines:


  • SLAM-based laser navigation for global localisation

  • 3D vision TOF for precise fork alignment

  • AI-enhanced pallet positioning for sub-centimetre accuracy


This ensures the AMR picks and places pallets with consistent accuracy, even in dynamic FMCG environments.



AI-Powered Smart Avoidance for Real-World Warehouse Conditions

Food production plants often involve intense human and equipment movement. The FX33M is equipped with advanced AI Smart Avoidance to detect and react intelligently to real hazards including:


  • Low pallet jacks

  • Fallen or misplaced pallets

  • Protruding boxes

  • Floor-level debris and shrink wrap


The AMR adjusts its speed, path, and safety zones automatically to maintain safe and uninterrupted operation.



Built for Narrow Aisles and Heavy Loads

With a compact chassis and a load capacity of up to 1500 kg, the FX33M is engineered to handle:


  • Finished peanut-butter goods

  • Packaging materials

  • Palletized ingredients

  • High-density, high-weight FMCG stock


It navigates aisles as narrow as 2400 mm, making it suitable for dense warehouse layouts.



4x Safety-Rated LiDAR for Full 360° Coverage

Safety remains the core of the FX33M design. It integrates:


  • Top LiDAR

  • Front left and right LiDAR

  • Rear LiDAR


This architecture provides true 360-degree protection and complies with modern AMR safety standards in the US and Malaysia.



High-Efficiency Battery System for Continuous FMCG Operations

To support 24/7 production cycles, the FX33M features:


  • 60-second ultra-fast boost charging

  • 1.5-hour full charge enabling up to 6 hours of runtime

  • Quick-swap battery modules for uninterrupted shifts


This ensures the AMR remains active through demanding production hours.



Engineered for Clean, Hygienic Manufacturing Environments

Designed for food-grade environments, the FX33M includes:

  • Smooth, cleanable exterior surfaces

  • Stable navigation on coated or reflective floors

  • Minimal dust emission

  • Resilient sensing around stainless-steel equipment
