  • Speed-Adaptive Zones Safety fields expand or reduce in direct response to acceleration and deceleration.

  • Payload-Informed SensingAI recognises load dimensions and automatically reshapes the protective zone.

  • Direction-Responsive Protection Forward, reverse, lateral, or rotational movement activates the correct safety profile without delay.

  • On-the-Fly Field Switching AI evaluates aisle width, human presence, and obstacle density - optimising both safety and travel efficiency.


This is no static LiDAR configuration - it is a live, learning perception system that adapts every millisecond to the robot’s evolving state.
